We stay busy with Legumes, Ancient Grains, Stone Milled Flour, Berries, Raw Honey, and Organic Vegetables and Flowers. The whole Bays/Collins family pitches in for every activity from farming, truck driving, flower growing to attending farmers markets and more. This is a rural family farm business through and through.

Soil health, plant health, and human health. Each piece of the puzzle has a “gut biome” that needs nurturing. Our mission is to heal the biology on our farm and share the bounty! Highland Harmony is creating farming practices and systems that are regenerative but also appropriate for their unique climate and conditions. They not only grow, but now mill their grains and legumes to produce local, fresh milled flour.
