Refund Policy

If any product is received in unsatisfactory condition, please contact the Central Montana Food Hub within a reasonable time after delivery or pickup. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or account credit when appropriate.

To report a concern, please email support@centralmontanafoodhub.com and include your name, order details, and a brief description of the issue.

Customers are responsible for retrieving their orders during the scheduled pickup time or providing proper food-safe arrangements for delivery. Refunds or credits are not available for orders that are not picked up, forgotten at a pickup site, or left without adequate food-safe storage at delivery.

All submitted orders are final and must be paid for.
